Face Covering requirements

Training tomorrow, 1st August will be in as usual with Puppies, Class 1&2 in the first session starting at 10:00 followed by Class 3&4 after the break commencing at 11:15. Any additional activities such as tracking and nose work will be subject to instructor availability as determined by the Chief Instructor. There is no requirement for members to wear masks this week however people can wear one if they wish.
Council have advised there are no changes to our building/grounds access as a result of the recent government announcements but we will need to comply with the requirement of wearing face coverings from Monday. That means when you arrive for training on Saturday 7th of August you will need to be wearing a mask unless you have a valid exemption as set by the DHHS. If you turn up with no mask and no exemption then you will be sent home.
MASKS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED BY OR AVAILABLE AT THE BRANCH
Finally a reminder to everyone that as much as we love seeing you all at training please remember to consider your own situation regarding whether you should be out in public at this time. If you are in a high risk group ask yourself if it’s worth the risk coming out especially in the cooler weather.
