THE CHANGING OF THE GUARD
At the Gippsland Branch AGM on 11th of February 2017 we had some changes to our committee for the 2017/2018. Three of the most significant changes were the election of a new Breed Affairs Liaison Officer (BLO), a new Branch Treasurer and a new Chief Instructor.
TREASURER
After three years as the treasurer of the Gippsland Branch Carol has made the decision to stand down due to increasing commitments to family and in other areas of our branch. With a baby due in February and an extremely energetic two year old at home, combined with recently joining the Instructor group after graduating from the aspirers program in October 2016 Carol has decided to move to the less time consuming role of Equipment Officer. Our former Equipment Officer Rick Bradley kindly volunteered to swap with Carol and take on the role of Branch Treasurer. We thank Rick for taking on this challenging role and look forward to working with him in the 2017/2018 year.
